The warranty of products sold on Coldmart is given by manufacturer’s: Rockwell Industries Limited, Elan Professional Appliances Pvt Ltd & Middle by Innovations Pvt Ltd etc.,

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

  1. 1-year Comprehensive warranty on all products.
  2. Extended warranty policy if any will be as per the manufacturer Policy and will be communicated at the time of Sale/Booking.
  3. Warranty does not include front grill and plastic parts, condenser coil, evaporator coil, and electronic parts.
  4. Warranty does not cover the accessories external to the product.
  5. Repair/Replacement of product under warranty will be done with free of cost.
  6. Purchaser should keep with them the warranty card and should be produced at the time of service.
  7. Service calls to correct the installation of your freezer/cooler, to instruct you how to use your freezer/cooler, to replace house fuses or correct house wiring or plumbing or to replace light bulbs etc. is not covered under warranty.
  8. Repairs when your freezer/cooler is used in other than normal working/load condition is not covered under warranty.
  9. Your freezer/cooler is designed to be repaired in the home.
  10. Repairs to a freezer/cooler if they are used to store products like beverages, milk, water etc., unless it is a combo machines (2 in 1 freezer & cooler) is not covered.
  11. Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, improper installation, acts of God, or use of products not approved by Manufacturer is not covered under warranty.
  12. Any food loss due to product failure is not covered under warranty.
  13. Repairs to parts or systems resulting from unauthorized modifications made to the appliance are not covered under warranty.
  14. Travel or transportation expenses for customers who reside in very remote areas is extra.
